All Sales Are Final

All manufacturing orders, products, and services provided by Drake Manufacturing ("Drake Manufacturing," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders, deposits, or payments made for manufacturing services, custom formulations, or finished goods, regardless of order size or product type.

By placing an order or engaging Drake Manufacturing for manufacturing services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed, in production, or completed.
• No returns of manufactured products will be accepted.
• No exchanges will be provided for products manufactured to client specifications.
• This policy applies to all products manufactured for clients in the wellness, legal hemp, and nootropics industries.

Order-Specific Terms

Any additional terms related to production timelines, quality standards, order acceptance criteria, or dispute resolution for a specific engagement will be addressed individually within that client's Manufacturing Service Agreement ("MSA"). This Refund and Return Policy does not modify or expand any obligations Drake Manufacturing may separately agree to in writing within a signed MSA.
