Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing (including within a client's Manufacturing Service Agreement), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery of manufactured products. Shipping charges will be calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and selected carrier or shipping method, and will be communicated to the client prior to shipment.
Compliance with Receiving State Laws
Drake Manufacturing operates in the wellness, legal hemp, and nootropics industries and strictly complies with the laws and regulations of the receiving state for every shipment. Because laws governing the sale, transport, and receipt of hemp-derived and nootropic products vary by state and may change without notice, Drake Manufacturing reserves the right to:
- Decline to ship any product to a state where the product, or its ingredients, is restricted or prohibited.
- Modify, delay, or cancel a shipment if the receiving state's laws cannot be confirmed or are not met.
- Require additional documentation, licensing verification, or compliance information from the client or recipient prior to shipment.
Clients are responsible for confirming that their intended shipping destinations permit the lawful receipt of their products and for providing accurate destination information. Drake Manufacturing is not responsible for delays, seizures, or non-delivery resulting from a client's failure to comply with destination-state laws.
Order-Specific Shipping Terms
Additional shipping terms, including carriers used, packaging standards, lead times, and risk of loss during transit, may be further defined within a client's individual Manufacturing Service Agreement.
